Article 1: Purpose

Article 4: Advertisements

1. The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
2. If users click on advertisement links and are redirected to external websites, the developer is not responsible for any information, services, or transactions provided by those external websites.
3. The developer is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of advertisements, including but not limited to any impact on the user’s device or software.

Article 5: Use of YouTube Content

1. The App includes functionality to display and play YouTube videos through a web view (WKWebView).
2. The App does not store or modify any YouTube content. Users are responsible for complying with YouTube’s Terms of Service when using this functionality.

Article 6: User Data

1. The App may require access to local storage to save or read files, such as annotations or other user-created data.
2. The App does not transmit user-created data to external servers without explicit user consent.
3. The developer shall not be held responsible for any data loss or corruption during the use of the App.

Article 7: Limitation of Liability

1. The developer is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by users through the use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
2. The App may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuation without prior notice, and the developer is not liable for any inconvenience caused to users.

Article 8: Revisions to the Terms

1. The developer reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Changes to the Terms will be effective once published within the App or on the official website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
