Thank you for using myRoupeiro (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the developer (hereinafter “the Developer”) regarding the use of the App.

Article 2 (Usage Environment)

An internet connection is required to use the App. Any communication charges incurred while using the App shall be borne by the user.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App:

1. Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.
2. Infringing upon the rights of the Developer or any third party.
3. Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
4. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

1. The Developer provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or safety of the App’s content.
2. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user through the use of the App.
3. The Developer reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the operation of the App at any time without prior notice.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer.

Article 6 (Modification of Terms)

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to the user. The modified Terms shall be effective upon posting within the App or on the related website.

Article 7 (Notation Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)

Regarding paid services within the App, the following information is provided in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions:

• Phone Number: Available upon request without delay.

• Price: Displayed on the in-app purchase screen.
• Payment Timing/Method: Subject to the payment methods and terms of the platform (Apple/Google).
• Delivery Timing: Available for use immediately after purchase.
• Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of digital content, no cancellations or refunds are permitted after purchase.
• Cancellations: To cancel a subscription, please proceed via your store account settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s location.
